If you think this is at the dentist office you would be.....wrong! I noticed this graphic in the vet's office! There is a big display about brushing your pet's teeth! Do NOT use people toothpaste either. Get doggie toothpaste. Do you brush your pet's teeth?

Another spring house along Elbow Lane. This is a unique street, as one side is in PA, the other in Maryland. Once you get to the little stream, the right side remains PA!

I have passed this farm for over 20 years and each time I laugh at the combination of items for sale. Remember we are NOT in Texas, but in PA! The field behind this sign is full of longhorns, goats, cattle, goats and they didn't mention.... emu too. Come on down.

Going to a school board meeting is like watching paint dry! At least is was at this meeting. The blue shirts belong to our teachers union members. There were quite a few in attendance behind me. You can see the board members at the front. They have microphones, but it still is very hard to hear the board. Audience members must come to the front and use the microphone too. The meetings are videotaped, but I am sure the sound quality is not too good when you go back to listen. We have NO contract for this school year and hope that the board will begin to negotiate in good faith.

It is really sad that we have to put up a sign telling people not to leave their dog in the hot car! How about people who leave their KIDS in the car!! What happened to common sense?

All over Chester County you can find spring houses. They were built many many years ago as a place to keep food before we had adequate refrigeration. Often they were located near on on top of the spring on the property.

Sixth grade students practice how to open lockers at the Transition Camp. Incoming students tour the building, learn a bit about the program and have lunch. This gives them an idea of how things work before the first day of school. Let's just say that the lockers were not as easy as I told them it would be!

Elvis greets guests at this Stewart's Root Beer shop in Tuckerton, NJ. I used to go to a Stewart's in our town as a teen all the time. The root beer is still cold, and delicious! And the hot dogs are different, but still tasty! Next time I'll have the root beer float!

This is the crew who films "Jersey Shore" on the boardwalk at Seaside Heights. They are NOT really happy about getting the skyride to follow Pauley D and Vinny from the show. The cast members are not in the photo. The crowd of people following them swarmed to about 100! We drove around, found the house they were renting and it had several security guards outside to keep the rif-raf out!! LOL!

Spent a few days at my Aunt Alexis' house in Mystic Islands, NJ. It is on the bay side. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Long Beach Island or about 45 min to Atlantic City. It is a really small but quaint house to spend the weekend on the water or near the water. This was taken by my daughter.

This is a sign at the Target in New Jersey. There are over 20 parking places reserved for this type of car. I am not sure who checks on this however. I guess it is an honor system, I really should have looked to see who was parked there.

Our mall has been going through an upgrade for about 2 years. This was the display in Anthropologie an urban style clothing store. They have many types of gift items and books, but the staging in here is very clever. There are some more I will share later.

This is quite a piece of art. It was parked in Kohl's parking lot and you couldn't miss it when you walked out the front door. It is hand painted. It must have taken a long time to do. Check out the hubcaps too.

This sunflower was left behind by a bird, so we decided to let it grow up. Right now it is about 5.5 feet and still going. I do not see the seed head just yet. It gets a lot of shade, maybe that's why.
